  • Physical products sold on SavinDraws are provided by third-party vendors.

  • Returns for physical products are only accepted if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, along with any original packaging.

  • No refunds or returns will be accepted for digital products.

5. Custom Tattoo and Illustration Requests

Users can upload images for custom tattoo or illustration requests through their accounts. By submitting images:

  • You grant SavinDraws the right to use these images for the purpose of creating custom designs.

  • You confirm that you own the rights to the images submitted or have obtained permission from the copyright holder.

  • All rights to the final designs created remain with SavinDraws until sold to you.
